Mostly sunny, temps in the low-to-mid 30s. A group of kids from the Q out for a couple hours of directed freeskiing with some drills. We lapped Ralph's and Challenger, trying to get used to making turns on inconsistent/changing snow - the top sections were pretty good, the middle a bit sugary/bally, and the pitch sections pretty scratchy.
The '17 SLs were reasonably sharp, so they did OK, and I did a decent enough job staying over the outside ski so I could knife a few turns on the harder surface, but it wasn't great.
All in all though, a really fun day. My feet didn't even complain.
