Nashoba Valley, Massachusetts

Clear, temps around 20F for the last night of Nashoba race league for the year. Super icy, and pretty turny course set. Really wish I had tuned the '18 SLs last weekend. I was running a little late, and made it out just in time for the course setters, so I went right to the start - no inspection, no warmup.

All in all, I handled myself okay - I think I wound up 4th overall, but it wasn't good skiing. Very conservative and defensive, relying on tactics to get through with minimal braking, but ... the winner was aggressive and arced everything, which is what I wanted to do.

Still, pretty happy with the skiing, just wish I had the grip that would have let me be a bit more aggressive.
