Day started sunny with temps in the low 30s, rose to the mid-40s, and then the clouds came in around 1. Started the day on some very hard, scratchy snow on 1 before deciding to head over to Chair 8. Newly waxed skis were almost frighteningly fast, so that was fun. The groomers over on 8 were spectacular, so I lapped those until around 11. Really big fun arcs.

Then, headed over to 9 and took a lap on Super Bowl, which was open for the first time this visit. Really good snow there, and had a ball making some decent turns down to Ptarmigan, where I ran into Marty, who was there with one of his daughters. From there, we all hung out for the rest of the day. A few more laps on 8, and then another couple off 9 before heading to the cat.

Off the cat, the light kind of went out, which was a bummer, and we skied a slightly different area than the last couple days, but still got spat out at the top of 8. From there, groomers for the rest of the day, quitting around 3. The last few runs off of 1 were really fun. Super high angles, good response from the ski, perfect spring corn snow/slush.

Absolutely exhausted. Really great day.
