Snowy and windy, temps around 10. GS race. Feeling pretty under the weather, so got out of official duty, and tried to ski. Just no energy. First run, good set, and just super timid. Second run, similar set, and ... a touch better. Just sliding the top of the turn for no good reason. Ugh. Super annoying.

Still ended up top-10, but so far out. Mike Bond said just no commitment, leaning in, from the heels. Probably true. Need a bunch of training with good light and good snow to ramp up the confidence.
