Sunny, temps rising from the single digits to around 20F. Beautiful day. GS day.

Slept terribly, plus work stress. Ugh. Sets were really fun, snow was fantastic. I tried to freeski more to get into the groove, but I just didn’t have stamina.

Skied okay, but tired so after a few good turns, I just wasn’t able to get to the front of the ski and needed to ski cautiously with more skid and rounder than ideal . Kind of annoying because I think I could be good in those conditions.

12 1st, 10 2nd, 10 overall.

Results ok considering the Steamboat contingent plus a couple of college kids. But I know I am so much better than how I skied today. Still, fun day, great weather, good company.
