Sunny, temps near 50. Skied from 845 till noon.
Headed to 8 to start …. scary rock hard pebbly frozen surface until I got over there. Big arcs, fun, but getting crowded, so headed back. Scrub was good—big bumps, slushy, fun, but my legs were pretty tired.
Wrapped up the day with a few laps on Ptarmigan. Really fun. Wanted to rip Roulette but it was still very loud for those skiing it so decided against. I bet 9 would have skied well in the early afternoon but I was exhausted. Oh well.
E99s got some real damage today. Bummer. But I guess all skis are rock skis.
