First bonafide day of Pioneer. Was Level Lead for the "Maroon" group (Level 4ish). Spent the morning sorting kids into groups between 9 instructors and ended up with a solid class of 5 kids that rip. Bounced around the mountain, skied in the trees, schussed some moguls and carved some groomers.
