Early night skiing (5-7:15). Snow was a mixture of TBP (Tahoe Boilerplate) and Vermont Powder. 1/2 the non-park skiing was closed due to race team practice, which severely limited the already severely limited terrain choices. Brilliantly beautiful sunset that was like a tequila sunrise turned inside out and shock-topped with extra orange, red, and rose colored hues.
“The best place in the world to ski is where you’re skiing that day.” — Warren Miller
