Convinced my buddy Dory to join me on a recon and ski mission to one of my favorite late spring/summer spots. Was good to have a partner as I got the Taco Mama stuck in a snow berm (took us an hour to dig her out) and we encountered some wet slides. Still plenty of snow (deep snow at that) up on the ridge and the backside is still holding nicely. We had to hike through snow the whole way, but the upside was being able to ski back to the truck. Conditions wavered between Sierra cement and neo-corn.
