After a brief private lesson respite, it was back to training. Spent the day with one new hire, a 60+ y/o instructor who last teached at Squaw. We schussed around what was open on the mountain (Big Easy, Arrow, Vista, and Comstock chairs), and I got my first runs of the season on "West Ridge" and "Luggi's". Conditions were pretty decent up top as it had started to snow late the night before, but it had turned to snain pretty quickly, so lower down it was rather gludgey. Worked on safety, knowing your way around the hill, and some Level 4/5/6 teaching and MA.
