Sucked back into the private sector today with a request that saw me skiing with two 5 y/o boys in the a.m. and then their respective older sisters in the p.m. Morning consisted of race course laps off the magic carpet to get the boys back into turning, coupled with Big Easy and Arrow laps and some "Spider-Man Hop Turns". Alas, all they wanted to do was ski straight down the hill and kept asking when they could ski black diamonds. The sisters were able to trek to the top of the mountain and we schralped a couple of laps on "Powder Bowl", built a snowman (we'll see if it's still alive tomorrow), and practiced corridor skiing. Back at it again on Sunday. Oh, actually skied some fresh powder and silky leftovers. First time I'd been to the top of the hill in weeks, too. Woot.
