Rise & Shine with 2/5 y/o "Mad Dog" Madsen from Santa Barbara, our second morning together. Kid has good balance (i.e. stands on his own on the magic carpet and doesn't trip over his skis when he walks), but isn't quite keen on skiing unless he's holding onto my hand. Smiles all the way, though. Spent the rest of the morning skiing with two ladies, one from New Jersey, the other from Atlanta, working on finishing our turns and upper/lower body separation. Skied down "Goldmine", "Cascade", "Skid Trail", and "Lumberjack", "Lower Main Street", and "The Gulch."
