Woke up with some sore legs and some new skills to go back for Day Two of the Next Level Camp with Ingrid and Jessica. I've gotten a lot out of this camp and am stoked. Can't wait to do this again, and again, and again.......Thank you Rachel for encouraging me to do this two years ago and helping me amp up my game again and again!
