The first day of the Art of Fear Camp at Alta with Kristen Ulmer. The approach to fear is much different than Mermer Blaksley's approach. Kristen's approach leads you on a journey to becoming intimate with your fear and recognizing that fear exists for a reason. By repressing fear, you put it in the basement where it rattles your pipes from time to time.
This is an interesting approach and one that I feel like investigating more.
