Arapahoe Basin, CO

Knees were killing me from day before so I was only able to ski a few runs. Biggest crowds I'd ever seen at ABasin. Probably because they were forecasted to get up to 20" of snow the day and night before. Only got 8 but everyone showed up anyway. Blue skies at ABasin So crowded they ran out of regular parking and auxiliary parking and had to turn people away. We left around 11:30am --Loveland Pass was closed. Once we got through the tunnel it snowed all the way home. Arrived home to 7-8" of snow and blossoming trees bowed over with the weight of the heavy spring snow. So sad to see all the broken branches.
