First day of the season and the latest we started since we arrived in Lake Tahoe. Just a couple trails were open off of Vista which were busy at times most of our energy was used in skier avoidance. New gear testing was the order of the day and K2 skis and boots and Descente outerwear was on the docket and reviews will be posted later today.
