Wachusett Mountain, Massachusetts

Slept in, so headed to Wachusett to ski for an hour after dark, hoping to avoid some of the crowd. Definitely succeeded on that front, but it was still fairly crowded. Got a small handful of runs on Challenger with the '18 SLs. Skis were sharp, and following a day with temps in the low 40s, the surface was pretty fantastic - creamy groomers.

I skied pretty well, but it was really dark and there were a lot of people skiing/boarding pretty out of control, so I decided to call it a day. Didn't help that I was a bit dehydrated and not really feeling 100%.

Still, glad I got out there. Let's do it again soon (but during the day).
