Sunny, temps in the mid-20s. About 1:15 of freeski to close the day. Absolutely gorgeous day, and 4" overnight, hoping to catch some freshies. Went from Chet's to Ptarmigan, down South Chutes, which was pretty good. Up 9, and then to the same area as we skied Sunday. Got some good freshies, but there wasn't enough new snow to overcome the chunkiness and blockiness of the older snow.
After that, went to Ptarmigan and went as far skiers right as possible to get some real powder turns ... and they were great, but also found a couple of rocks. Back to Ptarmigan for some groomer fun, to 6, and then a final couple runs off Chet's.
Really nice way to end the day. Hopefully a few more days this season.
