Took the day off for some birthday skiing. Sunny, temps rising from the low teens to the mid 20s. Started the day with some GS training pretty wide open set the full length with enough offset to keep it honest. Really skied pretty well - almost full arc the whole way down, with just some trouble through the saddle. Really fun, and playing with the final corner on lower switch is always fun too.

After that, hopped over to the Basin and freeskied until around 2. Did some exploring off of 4 and 8, but ... the ungroomed is still really boney. Got a couple of rock hits, but the Enforcers seem fine. Then, just a bunch of ripping laps of Ptarmigan and 6, generating big angles and really having fun. Legs dead, headed home.

Great birthday present to myself.
