Sunny, temps rising from the high 20s to near 40. Morning session (9-11) of SG training. Setting took a while, so only got about 5 runs, but ... fun to be on the long boards again. The new SG skis were definitely not running fast, as everyone quickly outpaced me on the road to the top of twist, but, at speed, they came around.

Overall, I think I skied pretty well. Didn't quite have the confidence to commit hard on the blind roller coming off the top flat or going onto the final pitch, but other than that, I was pretty happy with day 1 on SG boards.

The group went into a GS session after that, but I was responsible and went back home.
