Gorgeous sunny day. Temps rising from a bit below 0F to around 20F. Two GS day.

First run was super bumpy and grippy and I skied terrible. Way in the back seat and cautious, and it caught up to me on the finish pitch and I nearly came to a stop. Second run was a lot better but I made a similar mistake but fought through it.

In the second race, Trunks moved the 1st run over and opened it up, and I kept the 2nd run similar. First run was my best run of the day…better flow, more in the front of the ski, but way too cautious with both line and stivot. Second run was similar…just too cautious on top. Bottom was ok.

Overall a pretty frustrating day, but…sometimes that’s how it goes I guess.
