Weird powder day. The ~70" of new snow mostly just filled everything in, and it felt like skiing on soft cream cheese. Really nice snow, but not anything like I would normally consider a powder day. :)
Long lines to start, so hiked a few laps up to the top of 22 with Mr. Sparky and got some really nice untouched turns. Headed over to 5 after 22 opened, and skied what was probably the nicest wind buff I'll ever ski. Stopped for a snack around 2, and then they closed 5 (and many other chairs) right after that due to wind. :( Did one more lap on 22 and called it a day a bit after 3.
