epically horrible conditions - snowstorm (yay! unexpected lake-effect squall), flat light, 230 snow guns blasting to try to recover from 2 weeks without a freezing temp in sight. Lot of soft, fluffy, super-slick manmade piled up on top of ice, dirt, and rocks. Lot of superficial damage to the bases after one run down Long John - sent skis to grind right away.
