Women's clinic today, did pole plant practice, slow controlled turns to get down on the outside leg, did side slipping and stopping with edges drill. I need to keep more upright, chest up, still struggling with that. Talked about angulation and inclination, making sure body faces down the hill all the time open your hips for angulation

Great day for women ski clinic, worked on pressing into the shin with the downhill leg and pressure on the outside ski for edge hold. I got feedback to keep chest up more, so stand taller so feedback I got before. Great groomer skiing in the morning on the corduroy, skied until almost 5, it was great times.

Alyeska Resort, AK: Monday, March 30, 2026
I was tired after Sunday skiing so only skied a few hrs, mostly groomers and some easier bumps. The sunny weather was nice, I did overtighten my boots so was a little unhappy about that.

Alyeska Resort, AK: Sunday, March 29, 2026
Fabulous day in the sun, skied North Face which was an adventure, but made it down ok without falling. Bumps felt really good south Face was fun and the face under the lift and gully Gail's bumps was gret, the extension/absorption is really coming together and the short radius turns, still side slip through tight spaces sometimes.
