Was so nice to have a spring day with sunshine. Warm enough to feel the sun on your face on the lift, but cool enough to keep the snow at the higher elevations nice and firm.
Got to A-Basin when the top lifts were on a lightning hold. Since I'm not too keen on being on a lift when there is a storm around, didn't get on BME. Good choice since BME went on a hold for about an hour. Hit a little bit of everything from chunky mashed potatoes to some really nice groomers.
Brought my niece to Breck for her first time. She really enjoyed doing the Epic races--she earned a couple of bronzes and was so close to getting a silver! I'm so proud of her. Get her up on Imperial and she loved it. She wants to hike for turns someday.
