Snowing, temps in the mid 20s. Racing cancelled because of the impending snow, but I couldn't pass up 4 inches of fresh snow. Since schools were cancelled or let out early, there were no school groups and the place was empty. A solid 2 hours of ripping around, making fresh tracks. Arcing on SL skis, since that was what was in the car, but also doing a little of playing with some float. With some resistance to the snow, was able to start making a better move to the front of the ski in transition, even where there was some pitch. Really, a super fun couple of hours. Made me fall back in love with skiing a little.
