Quechee Ski Hill, VT

Tuesday, December 31, 2019

Temps rising from the 20s to the 30s, overcast skies. We set stubbies out of the start and about 18 gates of full-gate at the bottom of Face. Pretty terrible snow, but under the several inches of sugary slop, there was a good hard layer (as we found yesterday). The athletes skied pretty well. I mostly slid around doing course maintenance, but I took a couple runs sans poles afterwards. The '15 SLs badly need wax. Snow sticking to the bases.
