Nashoba Valley, MA

Temps over 40 for Night League Wk 2. Nashoba lost a TON of snow since last week. It's really bad. Snow was unbelievably soft and heavy. Course sets were fairly straight with a bit of swing at the bottom of the pitch. First run, the first turn on the pitch was so soft, I got scared and skied extremely tentatively the rest of the way. Slid every turn, no arc, not looking for speed. Second run, snow was a bit better, but it was really bumpy and hole-y, and I was back on my tails. Really not very good skiing. Ended up 7th for the day, so really not that bad, but ... disappointing skiing and disappointing day overall.
