Mostly cloudy (sun peeking through at times), with temps warming from the teens into the low 30s. About 4-6 inches overnight, which got groomed out, but brought out the hordes. Extremely crowded on the hill and in the lift line.
Still, set some GS in the AM and did a lot of course maintenance. In the PM, freeskiing. Joined some other coaches, parents, etc. for some laps. Tried to stay on the T-Bar, since the line was shorter - snow was pretty choppy, and the light really flat, but it was still fun.
Jim (instructor) had set an apex drill into brushes for some glalom-radius turns for one of his students, so jumped into that for a couple runs, and that was super fun.
Really, a pretty good day. We need the snow, and it looks and feels like winter again, so that's great.
