Misty, muggy, temps in the high 30s. Seemed much warmer than that. Snow was extremely slushy - could barely turn. Huge ruts in run 1, and I was the 4th person through the course. Skied really conservatively, but without an opponent, it was fine. Second run, was similarly cautious, but the snow was so much better. It was a fairly normal hard surface, and I was pretty bummed I didn't go for it harder. That said, I skied alright. Overall, a decent night.
