Overcast, temps in the low-to-mid 20s. Big crowds in the AM. Set SL on Clean Break - a bit hard to find enough snow at the bottom of the pitch, but we could set a bit creatively to make it work.
I skied with the kids for ~5 runs - skied it pretty well, though I was still not transitioning like I'd like to in gates - a bit blocking instead of flowing down the hill. Still, pretty good for day 3 in SL gates in a few years.
After lunch, we freeskied - snow was really quite good. On the '17 SLs, could get good edge hold, and really lay them over. Some of the best angles I've gotten in a good while. Super fun.
Skied till 4 with athletes, generally having a blast. Really good day. Can't wait to do that again.
