Turkey day morning ski. Overcast, temps rising from around 10F to 20F between 830 and 930. SL freeski on the '18 SLs.
Started with a couple of laps on Chet's, where the snow was sublimely good, until the lines started to get pretty long. Then lapped 2 for a while - snow wasn't as good, but it was still really fun. Really nice morning, and I'm starting to ski a bit better, too. Good grip on the hard stuff, pretty good rebound and ski performance too.
Still don't have good ski legs - on the top-to-bottom runs on Chet's I definitely run out of gas once I get to the runout.
Really fun morning though. Hopefully we can get more terrain open soon to spread out the crowds.
