Sunny and windy, temps around 10F. SL coaching day on LaBelle. Frank was there too, so we both got a few runs. Started setting a course for the college clubs, then spent time on the course Frank set for Masters. I even got 3-4 runs in. I felt good in sections, but not the whole course. Still, 15-20 gates of good skiing is ... an improvement for sure. I'll take it. Good day.
