Snowing, temps in the low 20s. Mid-day GS session on Twist. My first day on not-SL skis and ... well it was awkward. Booka set a full-length GS down to Twist timing; since there were 2 other SL courses on the hill, the left footers up top especially were very close to the fence. I didn't like that.
So ... I mostly just sectioned the bottom part, and started to ski that pretty well. Just had no confidence on the top that I could make the turn without slamming on the brakes and that's just not worth it.
