Sunny, temps in the 30s. Really nice day. Coaching SL on La Belle. Unfortunately, my under toenail bleed/bruise from Monday hasn’t fully become bearable and it was pretty painful after the first 30-45 minutes. I was also dehydrated and got some foot/ankle cramping while setting. 2 courses—one on skiers left (me), and one down the right (Eliot). It ran pretty well, but the snow was soft so I did a lot of hiking to fix leaners. That was probably not great for the toe.
Gonna take another couple of days off. Actually skiing felt fine, but the jostling during setting and maintenance was brutal.
