Sunny and cold; temps rising from around 2F to around 5F. GS coaching day on LaBelle. Helped Josh set from SL start down, then stood around mostly. Tweaked my back a bit hauling gates, so that wasn't fun. Took a lap to get warm, then pulled.
Made some good turns sans poles, so that was fun.
Walking back to the car, slipped/fell once and slipped and caught myself two other times. Not a good walk. Lower back tightened up a bit. Let's hope it loosens.
