Cloudy becoming sunny. Temps rising to near 40. GS race day.
1st run was a fairly standard set, quicker tempo. Decent surface. Skied too tentative. Skis were holding great and I made good turns, but didn’t send it at all.
2nd run was a bit trickier, and I failed the test. Did not cut under the delay enough and threw on the brakes, and got late at the bottom. Sigh.
9 1st, 7 2nd, 8 overall. About 2.5 out each run.
Fun day, if frustrating.
