Overcast, temps in the high teens. Night SL. Super tired from work all week and a long drive.
First run had decent offset but big distance. I got late coming off the top flat and just played catch up the whole way. Kept it going but skied a ton of distance.
Second run was a bit less distance and I skied great off the top, and then got a bit cautious on the pitch and straddled the top of a hairpin as it rolled over. Really bummed bc I was really skiing well.
3 1st, DNF2.
Still, night race is always fun. Let’s ski some GS tomorrow.
