Crystal Mountain, MI

Up to boot-top deep powder, cold enough to be champagne. Continuing to snow the entire time we were there. Mostly cut-up by the time we got there, but the Shiros didn't care one bit. One of the best ski days I've ever had in Michigan. Floating through the dark and silent glades in boot-top powder on the ridiculously fat Shiros with Traffic's Low Spark of High Heeled Boys crooning in my ears was once of the most sublime moments of my life. That run will be forever etched in my mind!
