About 1:30 of freeski on the Evolv90s to start the day before heading back to hang with the parents. Sunny becoming overcast, temps around 40. Met up with Marty for a few groomer laps. Off Chet's to start, it was just bulletproof. Really tough skiing down to Ptarmigan. In Fire Bowl, snow wasn't perfect, but it was better, especially on the groomer lane furthest to skiers right. Nice solid, but grippy. Then did two laps down Bennett's Bowl which was even better.
After that, took two laps down Deuces Wild, which skied, frankly, amazing up top, before getting a little scratchy through Turtle Creek. Then another lap down FireBowl before finishing off the day with a lap down Mambo. Home Run probably had the best snow of the day, but ... yeah. Not awesome today. Just too icy. Needs sun or snow.
Hopefully another couple days left at Loveland this year.
