Snowy, windy, temps in the low-to-mid-20s. Took the E100s out for a few hours of fun. Visibility was tough, but … skiing was really good. About 2 ft of snow this weekend. Started with a few laps on South Chutes, and when Ptarmigan had some mechanical issues, headed to 4 and then to 8. Could barely see, but took 4 laps down hook em horns before trying the snow to the right of the groomer … ok. Had a quick break in the cabin there before another run down hook em horns before heading back to 4. Scrub was ok, not worth skiing again, so I took a run in the meadow to North Chutes. Kinda scraped off, surprised. Then a lap down under the lift, and finished up with three laps on 6. Deuces Wild was great, Blackjack solid too.
Really fun day. Called it quits as it was getting crowded. Never got light enough to feel like 9 was worth it. Maybe Tue?
