Temps near 30, but very windy. Sunny skies transitioning to cloudy and snowing. SL midday lane, about 40 gates from the pitch and then across the flats.
I skied ... okay. Just wasn't aggressive enough. Timing showed that when I got aggressive, I got almost a second faster. About 4-5 seconds off Peter (D1 guy) and about 3 seconds off Elsie (D1 girl), so ... a bit slower than I'd like, but not terrible. It's starting to come, I just need to trust myself and the skis on the pitch, let them arc around, instead of being direct and stivoty.
It'll take a bit, but it'll come.
