Sunny, temps in the low 30s. Just a gorgeous day. Running SL on Chute. I set a tighter course on skiers right to start…it ran well. I was able to jump in for a few runs which was super fun. Skied pretty well too, especially when I focused on staying low and square down the hill.
Then Broc set a ripper down skiers left. It really called out the little rotation I was getting at the bottom of the turn, but I finished with a really good run.
Then cleanup , etc.
At the end of the session my back and hips were killing me. Not sure if it’s a hydration thing or a real issue. I’m going to rest, drink a lot of water, and massage and hope for the best.
