Sunny, temps near 40. Beautiful day. Did a ton of stretching trying to loosen up my quads, hips, back. Fairly successful, especially on the right side; left side still tight. PM SL session. 40 gates out of the top start, then 20 more across the bottom flat.
Snow was perfect—hard and grippy—and I skied fairly well. Left footers were a little painful and I felt the compression in my hip/back, but… I gutted through it. Pretty happy.
