Cloudy and cold. Temps in the mid-to-high single digits, with snow starting to fall in the afternoon. At Middlebury with a group from the Q to train some GS on Cameron. I set a pretty straightforward course on hard snow, then reset halfway through. Kids skied pretty well; some are really getting it, others are not committing to the outside ski and really struggle where it's firm.
After our training session, we helped pull B-net on Cameron because of the forecast foot-plus of snow tonight and tomorrow. After a quick break, I went back out and took a bunch of runs on Allen and Ross with Dave Carlson on the '17 SLs. Snow was pretty close to perfect, though visibility was a bit tricky and the snow was starting to come down. Super fun. That's what skiing is all about. Can't wait to do something like that again.
